Circuit training
Posted on: 30/04/2012 12:30 PM
A group of us go circuit training every Tuesday 8-9pm for cyclist specific exercises designed to increase your core stability and to build upper body strength- all good for stopping cycle related injuries and back problems. We have a couple of spare places - if you're interested you can come along a try a session to see if it's for you, after which you can commit to regular sessions if you like it.

Either post or send me a note if you would like to come along.

Hi Clive, circuit training is at JWT fitness, 24a Tylney Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 2RL on Tuesdays from 8-9pm. There is an office block on Tylney Road called Shaftbury House, and it's behind that. It's pretty easy to find.

The sessions are really good fun and quite taxing.

If it wasn't for work I would still be going.

I think this maybe do-able dependent on work commits.

Can you pencil me in for next Tuesday?
