BigfootCC, based in Hayes near Bromley, Kent is a friendly, fast growing club of almost 400 cyclists, riding and racing for fun and fitness.
We have road and off-road rides every week for all abilities plus occasional family rides to allow riders to cycle with their kids in a safe environment.
Christmas Social & Christmas Raffle in aid of NAPAC
The Bigfoot Christmas Social is confirmed for Thursday December 12th 2013 at The Warren, Metropolitan Police Sports Club Hayes Ltd, Croydon Road, Hayes, Bromley, Kent, BR2 7AL. From 7.30pm to about 11.30pm. There will be a light buffet, but the room will be full of fellow cyclists, so if you are late you will understand why the food has been devoured!
There will be a Bigfoot Christmas Raffle on the night, with proceeds going towards NAPAC ( The National Association for People Abused As Children) which we have supported previously.
The current prize list is as follows:
If there are any more prizes donated you will find out asap.
Tickets - £1 each are on sale on Saturday November 30th and Saturday December 6th, outside the café after our morning rides, also on the evening of the social. So bring money for tea, cake and raffle tickets. Don't feel embarrassed if you buy five tickets at a time, or even ten!
Ride Leader Rotas - Updated Nov 18th
The latest Ride Leader Rota from 28th December 2013 through to the 3rd of May 2014 is now available.
The current rota to the 21st of December 2013 is still available here.
If you are on either of these rotas and are unable to make the date that you have been scheduled for, please let Jonathan Cooper know as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com
As always, we still need more riders to come forward to share the load on the stalwarts who have assisted with L6 and L7 rides. Given the investment the club has made in training it is appreciated when members can take their turn to look after groups with some newer and less experienced riders. Don't be shy! If you are interested in becoming a ride leader or assisting the Saturday morning rides as a Lanterne Rouge then we'd love to hear from you. For further details, please visit the Ride Leaders Section or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Never been to the Cyclopark and want to know what all the fuss is about?
WATCH THIS. Whilst there is not much actual cycling going on, you get a good idea of what the park has to offer.... and it's a pretty cool video.
Local Cycling Hero.
Me embarrassed surely not, but yes, Adam had put out an email requesting people's thoughts about me and cycling and his inbox became amazingly awash with praise and adulation, for me??? This is why I am in a train to Manchester on a chilly November morning. I have been invited by British Cycling to attend the track 'World Cup' and to receive my award.
